Gluten-free Chocolate Cake

This is a delicious, light & airy flourless cake, sandwiched with decadent chocolate mousse and a fine layer of our raspberry jam, which provides a lovely contrast to the chocolate. The final finish on the cake is dark chocolate ganache. The cake is also nut free.

Perfect for a birthday cake for someone who has gluten or nut intolerance.
