Michelin-starred chef TallPastryDan is now resident at Bridge Baker

The “best pastry chef in the world’ said daniel’s grandmother, when he was seven years old!

Since then, Daniel has spent over 22 years in the world’s top pastry kitchens including the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm and a decade leading the pastry team at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, part of the fat duck family. Dinner consistently made it to the world’s top ten restaurant and also won two Michelin stars.

Originally from Sweden, Daniel has hung up his restaurant kitchen apron straps and is bringing celebration cakes and desserts to Fulham and beyond. With his brand (TallpastryDan - he is 6’8” after all!), he is partnering with Bridge Baker on seasonal & celebration cakes as well as offering his own bespoke service which includes dinner party treats, memorable wedding cakes & everything in-between. All with one simple mission - it should just taste great.
